Bio

Tracy Mouncey is the President and Owner of Tracy Mouncey and Associates- a community and government relations firm based in Lakeland and serving the southeast. Prior to forming her company, Tracy was the Community Relations and Sustainability Manager for CEMEX’s East Aggregates Division for 15 years. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

As President of TM&A, Tracy has created a multi-disciplinary strategic consulting firm that provides the full spectrum of business communications services. Her philosophy is that people, environment and communities all benefit when strong relationships are formed and maintained. Her expertise in successful business and community partnerships, crisis management, and shaping public opinion for clients in all major industry sectors enhances this belief.
